I’ve been going to this circle k for over 35 years and it has had a few management change overs in this time and I think the recent change over is for the better. Before I would go in to that store and feel uncomfortable because no one was there to greet anyone and there would always be two employees behind the desk watching videos on there phone and being rather close to each other. Made it awkward to want to go to the counter to make a transaction. Since the take over it took them a bit to get into the groove of things but I feel more welcomed for the most part whenever I do choose this store to go to. There is two night shift guys and one is very grumpy and not to approachable and it’s an awkward silence when I’m in there but the other guy Prat I think his name is a great conversation and makes you feel welcome. Plus he has his own cultures accent and a bit of a British accent which is pretty neat. On these days I don’t mind going to this store. As well the manager and the day time lady are super nice. Although I do wish they would bring back more variety at the hot dog bar and get more variety of hot foods to enjoy but overall it’s a good store.

I stopped in around 1am and the employee wouldn't open the door and asked what I wanted. I wanted to browse snacks and get a drink. I didn't want to talk through an intercom and put an order in, I just wanted to get some food during a long shift. So, I just got back in my vehicle and drove to a different store that let me inside to choose my food and drinks. If you don't want people in your store at night don't be open 24 hrs.

Gautam from the new staff needs to learn customer service. I go in almost everyday since I live behind the building hes always so quite and ride i asked him to try and be friendly or if they were getting more juice in stock amd he ignored me while I paid. Please rehire the old staff or get more friendly kind caring people working there. Him and both the girls in glasses are so stand off and rude! The old workers would make my daughter and I feel so welcome everytime we came in

I would disagree with the reviews saying this is the worst management. I have lived here 15 years and believe me there has been much worse staff than the current management. But it is also well known that the previous management allowed tabs but surely that hasn’t got anything to do with the complaints?……getting smokes on tab, nah can’t be that 😉 😉😂
