I just recently moved to Kitchener and was looking for a new dental office, I am so happy they recommended this place, where my experience was amazing. The office is very welcoming as soon as you walk in, great atmosphere and the staff are great and genuinely look to help you and make your appointment go a smooth as possible. I got a cleaning done with June and it was the first time ever I actually enjoy cleaning, she was very gentle and thorough took the time and made sure to double check everything, I felt zero pain and I know that she will be my hygienist moving forward. My visit with Dr Marc was great, he is very knowledgeable and I enjoyed the equipment they have as they can show you your current smile and how it will look like after treatment is done. he takes the time to explain everything and prepare you for what to expect and give you all options. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a dental office that would exceed your expectations.

A couple of months ago I turned 50, and in all my years, Dr. Ruby is without a doubt the best dentist I have ever met. Her attention to detail, caring bedside manner, and the way she explains every step of the process made me feel completely at ease. I needed quite a bit of work done, and from start to finish, it was painless — something I never thought I’d say about going to the dentist. On top of that, her staff is wonderful. The receptionists are so welcoming from the moment you walk in, and the dental hygienist who did my cleaning was excellent — gentle, thorough, and professional. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about her patients and surrounds herself with an amazing team, I can’t recommend Dr. Ruby enough.
