Saturday my WHIRLPOOL washer broke....DEFECTIVE Called David....came today Advised counseled and recommended best solution. To make long trauma story short. My washer bought in November 2023. Manufacturer knew control panel was defective offering no notice and no customer satisfaction or relief. David's company and employees are experienced knowledgeable courteous kind efficient and have integrity. I'm 85 have medical issues and live on SS. WHEN DAVID GAVE ME MY BILL FOR SERVICE IT WAS $00.....he said in good conscience he could not charge me...even for his time evaluation recommendations because he was wise to the defective control panel and it's history. He made my decision and problem and life much easier as he put me on the path to solve my need for dependable washer. May I express my thanks along with recommending that when and if you need an appliance repair service technician that treats with you with respect and understanding along with best choice to resolve problem. Call David's company. He also serviced my fridge extending its life. CALL HIM FIRST TO INSURE RAPID RESPONSE...EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH INTEGRITY. Thank you, David with St Augustine Appliance. My GE dryer just stopped working one day. The lights came on, but there was no spinning and no heating. David figured it out right away. Arrived home at 8pm after being gone for 2 weeks only to find my refrigerator had stopped cooling. Lost everything in frig and freezer. Was devasted, called St Augustine appliance repair after 9PM, expecting to leave a message. David answered the phone and was at my house within 30 minutes and repaired the frig., Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. And I feel like he was very fair in pricing the repair. David Godwin diagnosed and fixed our dishwasher on a Sunday. He diagnosed the problem and had the dishwasher working within a half hour! It was one of the best experiences I've had getting an appliance repaired. Highly recommend him and plan to call him for future repairs
