I recently shopped in St. John Las Vegas Outlet, and I had the best experience! Anna was attentive, patient, pleasant and helpful. The sale was inviting. I was able to have my purchase shipped home; however, I suggest free shipping for a store of its caliber. In short, I had a great experience and secured some nice pieces to add to my collection!

Ordered a skirt for 1000+$ October 28,2023 said they will be shipping it. Never received anything!! Manager Marina was extremely rude and unprofessional! We went there 3 times and we live in California! Went there nov, dec, and yesterday! She kept saying that we received the item but the NEVER GO BUY AT THIS STORE!

My experience was terrible. Would rate this St. John store a 0 if I could. Went in to look, was stalked the whole time. Was asked if i needed any help probably about 10 times, and every time I would tell them I didn't they would ask two seconds later. Voiced my concerns to a woman who laughed at me and acted like I was stupid for not accepting her help when I told her 100 times I don't need help. Management came out and seemed to take the employees side. They all need help in customer service because they were not trained properly. Came here on May 10, 2023 around 1130 ish.

This store is amazing. The staff is very helpful. If you want to buy St. John clothes, buy them here. The deals are phenomenal.
