The hospital is leaving on a past glory, there are so slow , not organized, what I did at Lagoon hospital and spent an 1hr without any prior appointments , I wasted my whole day in-fact I saw people change shift and I did not finish despite booking an appointment ahead. One nurse in the lab could not even borrow me her pen to write my email even after I saw her take the register in to rule line. No care at all , If you are HMO, just forget it, you will spend the whole day. I pray I never in my life have any reason to visit st nicholas hospital. Amen

This hospital is clearly the worst hospital I have ever heard of. So unprofessional and lack empathy. It’s very clear that they don’t know what it means to run a hospital. How can you operate a patient and stop administering pain meds & antibiotics just bcos you claim the deposit made had run out and non of the staff had the decency to notify or have a discussion with the patient regarding topping her funds. Tufiakwa!!!!! I will not even recommend this hospital to my worst enemy.

Good services with state of the art equipment highly skilled and well trained Doctors and nurses. The staff are friendly and the environment is amazing. The only reason why I hold back my one star is car park challenge. It very challenging to see where to park car. If you have apoitment with the Doctor it is the hospital desk staff that will be calling to remind you of your apoitment. The hospital phone line is always attended. The rooms are great, the imagery services is awesome.
