Stacie, has been the most helpful real estate agent I’ve encountered. I’ve dealt with multiple people and by far she was the one willing to go the extra mile. She was patient enough to show us multiple properties at different times of the day. She actually took her time to break down every step of our process and answer all of our dumb questions. She backed us up in both the buying and selling process and stood in our corner when things weren’t adding up. She even tried helping sell one of my properties that was under water and in terrible condition. She’s familiar with the VA loan process as well. I’m not hyping her up for no reason, you get what you pay for and some. Extremely responsive to text and emails. She shoots it straight with you. She guided us through getting the necessary repairs to close on the house. Recommend a plumber and she made calls left and right when we weren’t getting the answers we needed. If you’re out of state she will work with you too, she was sending me properties and checking them out without me being in the area. Getting all the nitty gritty and giving sound advice based off what we were looking for. I can honestly write a novel at this point. Better Call Stacie if you’re serious about entering this housing market.

Stacie made our move from our home of 25 years to a new custom build in Manhattan very easy. She explained things when we had questions and offered opinions when we asked. She always looked out for our best interests. Her pleasant demeanor was always friendly yet professional. We will definitely be recommending her to friends and family.

Stacie was amazing during our home buying process. We began looking for houses while living overseas, then covid came and ruined our well laid plans, but Stacie stuck through us through it all. She found us the perfect house and was able to get a tour the day it came on the market so we easily secured it. She and Julia were excellent negotiators and we even got money BACK at closing! I would highly recommend Stacie as a Realtor to anyone, but especially military families and those in unique situations. Update: Stacie also helped us sell our home when we left Kansas. She was amazing!
