Kevin and Tracie are very professional. They are timely, efficient, and incredibly honest people. They originally came as we heard buzzing in our electrical panel, and I was concerned. On the phone, Kevin walked me through the basics of what I could independently do for safety, and then he and Tracie arrived the next day. While they were here, they patiently answered all my questions, and took the time to walk us through the process. When I asked about options and upgrades, Kevin was very honest about what I would need versus what I could do. I never felt like he was trying to upsell services. When it came to the panel installation itself, Kevin and Tracie were phenomenal. They arrived early, but respected the agreed upon start time. They let me watch the whole process, and once again, answered all my questions. I felt like I learned a lot through the entire service. After they installed our new panel, they went through the entire house and ID'd each breaker, which was incredibly helpful! Without a doubt, I will call them again for any electrical concerns or upgrades, and I would 100% recommend Kevin and Tracie. Thank you both for your expertise, knowledge, and kindness! It was a pleasure!

My experience right from the beginning, has been absolutely amazing! From soley my own default there were some hiccups with our appointments and Tracy and Kevin from Stacks, were nothing but nice to me, they were so understanding, patient all while continuing to still show interest in helping me out with my situation., even after in all honesty and transparency, I had been a bit of an inconvenience to them and probably came off as unreliable When they showed up for the job , the level of knowledge and experience was very apparent, without question. The problem was literally found and diagnosed within minutes! Turned out to include my utility company having to come and do work on the power lines. When the utility company showed up and I presented Stack Electrics card and told them what I was told, and what the diagnosis was, without the slightest hesitation the worker from the utility company, said, and I quote " if Kevin (stacks) says that's the problem, then I have no doubt that's exactly the problem, he's the best in the business!" He went on to say, "Kevin knows what he's doing, he's a great electrician, and is good to people, never takes advantage of them" I was absolutely blown away, with the amount of respect and praise Kevin was given , and how they knew of him without having to question or think" Needless to say , the outcome was in fact, exactly was Kevin diagnosed, and I was able to get my problem solved. Now that I've got the main problem figured out and solved, I have other unrelated jobs I need done and im without a doubt going to continue using stack electric. I am looking forward to working with the Stack electric team, and feel very at ease with working with Tracy and Kevin,. Having that part of the multiple things being done at the house right now , being able to feel worry free , and having confidence, from all possible angles I'm in good hands with the electrical work, is priceless to me. Feeling like I can trust with complete confidence the electrical work is in good hands , knowing I can rest, assured is so valuable to me, i can't stress that enough . I feel like I really lucked out picking Stacks!! I am truly greatful I did! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
