Had one of the most disturbing lunches at David’s today. After waiting 45 mins for our light Brunch I questioned why customers that had arrived after us had been served their food. A man who I believe to be David and the cook Shouted at the area that we were in that if we wanted to complain, then to complain to him! He then shouted that at 78 he was the only person in the kitchen and that he was still having to work! We then waited another half an hour for a very mediocre meal at £12.50. They did halve the food when we went to pay. You’ve heard the saying blood boiling. So first time and last.

Had a great lunch at David's, a delicious cheeseburger. David is both an amazing host and cook, he even gave us dessert and an extra portion of chips free of charge! The service times are slightly longer than other establishments, but this is mainly because David is a one man army both waiting and cooking, and host friendliness and quality of the food makes it worth the wait!

I have visited this establishment toooo many times, a quick coffee on the go, wonderful. Have eaten there, Breakfast Lunch and Dinner, not all on the same day!!) and enjoyed it. I have even been to one or two special evenings; if you get the chance go! Actually don't go or I won't be able too!

There were several of us. It was pretty busy. Waited 50 minutes for a toasted cheese and ham sandwich. It arrived, cold and partially toasted. Unpleasant to ear. Very understaffed. Not a good experience.
