I went to purchase a cock ring at the Church Street location and I was served by Mac. This man was absolutely fabulous. He really knew his products and gave great recommendations. He was even kind enough to tell me in great detail about the pumps. Keep up the great customer service Mac!!! The ring is great and worth every penny! THANKS AGAIN FOR GIVING ME GREAT SERVICE!!

Had a lovely experience at this location large and part due to the incredible customer service provided by Jules. She was friendly and warm right away, was incredibly knowledgeable about product offerings and availability within the store, answered questions with grace and patience (especially the ones I was shy to ask!) and was genuinely fun to shop with. I visited quite close to closing (sorry!) and I was still treated with full attention and was assured that I could take as much time as needed which felt SO kind.
