Updated Review: KMD Law Experience I was referred to KMD Law through the CLC Union benefit program, which included a complimentary 30-minute consultation with an attorney. My goal was to get legal clarity on a solar panel agreement I believed was misrepresented. What I received fell far short of even basic expectations. The "consultation" was about 10 minutes, during which I was told they needed electric bills to proceed. I was then quoted $500 for a contract review and legal opinion. i submitted documentation . Weeks went by with no meaningful follow-up. When they finally did reply, it was a vague suggestion to send a demand letter (for another $1,000 to $1,500) without providing the legal analysis, written opinion, or direct answers I requested. When I pressed for clarification, an attorney sent a short email with only general statements. It felt like they hadn't even looked at my documentation. I later consulted a different law firm, which took the time to review everything and clearly explain my legal options. KMD did none of this. When I posted my initial review detailing this lack of service, John Davis, a managing partner who had never previously spoken with me, inserted himself into the conversation. His public response claims I am a "chronic complainer" who didn't want the advice given. However, his public tone is a stark contrast to the aggressive and threatening private emails he sent me after I had paid my bill in full. In my opinion, this shows the firm has a "public" versus a "private" face. In those private emails, sent on November 25, 2025, Mr. Davis used intimidation tactics, explicitly threatening action if I did not remove my honest reviews. He: Threatened to "100% chase you down" for damages if I posted any more reviews. Demanded I delete my "childish and ridiculous" "blabberings," stating, "If I find another of these, anywhere, then it’s on." Stated: "You have a right to say what you want. So do we. You also have a reputation I’m sure you care about, and trust me, we are louder than you are." Used highly unprofessional language in private correspondence like "disgruntled whiner" and "dead beat debtor." In my opinion, KMD Law overpromised, underdelivered, and became hostile when questioned, resorting to threats to suppress negative feedback. I would not recommend KMD Law to anyone looking for professionalism, transparency, or basic courtesy. Do your research and take your legal business elsewhere.

Bradley Taylor was awesome helping me through heirship steps to take in regards to my mother's death. He was very personable, punctual, and kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their estate or probate concerns. Thanks Mr. Taylor.
