Ridiculously slow getting you to a door. Admittedly I was very early for my appointment but there was literally nobody in a door when I arrived. They took my phone number and said they would call me when they got a door open, again not a single truck in the door. 6 hours later they called me with a door and it took them 30 minutes to unload me. That could have easily been done hours earlier.

Very lackadaisical in regards to OSHA work safety standards and DOT carrier regulations. Most of the office personnel are both lazy and incompetent.
