Andrew McClure and Maven Jim installed a new hot water heater. They cleaned their work area and answered all our questions. Both were very knowledgeable about the product and made recommendations for us for our new heater to last. Andrew McClure returned today and installed our new water softener alternative. As usual, he was prompt and efficient. Again, he answered all our questions and explained the warranty. Showed a podcast about the product for further explanation. We used recently for heat and air plus hot water installation. We decided to use their heat and air program because annual cost reasonable plus service is very thorough. Technician very nice and left dog treats for our two dogs. On hot water tank installation our tank was still under warranty so they do stand by their previous work and worked directly with manufacturer on the warranty replacement so saved us that headache. Very pleased and happy to have hot water again.
