Worst patient services. I see Dr Hasantha and every time i come see doctor on appointment it is always more than ONE HOUR wait to see doctor. Can you imagine if you walk-in ? This facility do not recognize your time, if you meed see doctor you have to wait as looong as they want. And don't forget if you are late to appointment it $75 charge and then wait for another hour. This place needs organizing the schedules for seeing patients.

Absolutely horrible experience at Stapleford Medical Clinic. Dr. Fatemeh Askarian is one of the most arrogant and unprofessional doctors I’ve ever met. She’s bossy, dismissive, and acts like she knows everything. There’s no kindness or respect in the way she treats patients — it honestly feels like she can’t be bothered to listen or care. The front desk lady with red hair is just as bad — unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I can’t believe someone with that attitude is working in a medical clinic. To top it all off, they tried to charge me a $75 “no-show” fee for an appointment I never got a reminder or call about. When I explained it was a miscommunication, they blamed me instead of even trying to understand. This place is completely unprofessional — both the doctor and staff need serious training on basic respect and communication. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Unfortunately the clinic has become so busy that it takes 2-3 months to make an appointment with your family doctor. I don’t want to be forced into a walk in clinic with someone who isn’t familiar with my health concerns. I want to see the family doctor that I picked out because I liked them and they listened to me. I hope you guys can open up more time slots with family doctors for their patients instead of trying to force people into walk in.

During my call, I spoke with receptionist Alisha, and while I initially reached out for a different concern, I decided to book a physical exam since the doctor is fully booked for months. However, the interaction quickly turned frustrating. Alisha was extremely unhelpful and dismissive when I expressed my desire to schedule annual physical exams for my entire family on the same day. Despite my repeated attempts to explain this, she insisted that I should handle my appointment first without listening to my request. As our conversation progressed and she finally understood that I wanted multiple appointments together, her response was incredibly unprofessional. She remarked “oh my god you said this that blah blah blah oh my god,” which felt disrespectful and belittling. It is crucial for staff in any medical setting to listen attentively and treat patients with respect. I hope you take this feedback seriously as it reflects not only on individual interactions but also on the overall reputation of your clinic. Update: I wanted to express my ongoing frustration to this clinic regarding our family’s appointment scheduling. Initially, we booked our physical appointment for a specific date, and I made it clear that maintaining the same schedule was crucial due to our work commitments and the fact that we have a toddler. I understand that scheduling changes can happen, and when I received a call to reschedule because of the doctor’s schedule change, I accepted this without complaint, even though it pushed our appointment two months out from the original date. However, I recently received a text confirming two appointments for the next day, which is contrary to what we agreed upon. When I called the clinic for clarification, I was met with unprofessionalism regarding this situation. It’s problem now because someone supposedly tried to contact us three times. Upon further investigation, it seems there has been an error in their records—either our numbers were changed by someone from their clinic or they are lying just to cover the situation. He said they are calling because they need to reschedule our appointment (again) and my appointment is not really booked yet. So it is my fault that they are calling a different numbers? And so what happened to the dates they gave me❓❓‼️ I am deeply upset that after waiting months for this appointment and carefully planning time off work around it, I am now being told it's my problem. To add insult to injury, your staff informed me there is no manager available to discuss this matter further and proposed rescheduling yet again—for November and he hang up the phone! This is unacceptable‼️‼️‼️
