Although building lobby itself is lovely, modern looking, but winter time is freezing, elevators are old, outdated. Most importantly the entire building does NOT have one single accessible washroom ! Visitors with wheelchairs and walkers are not be able to use it! Very inconsiderate!

Beautiful lobby area. Offices are well spaced out and clearly indicated. The only issue I have with my visits here is that the elevator feels VERY outdated. Works well but for an office building in the Davisville area, these aren't the elevators you'd expect. Still, that doesn't take away from how nice this building is for offices.

They have pictures of corn in the elevator. That's right, corn artwork. You have to see it to believe it.
