whoever is handling their whatsapp is extremely awful. - booked vanessa a month in advance - i made sure to confirm vanessa was going to come 5 days before the cleaning service (they confirmed back) - ON THE DAY of the scheduled cleaning when i messaged what time vanessa was coming they had an “error on the system” so she couldn’t come - i rebooked for saturday for vanessa to come - saturday came and it wasn’t vanessa at the door. (i made her leave) no messages were sent and no calls were made prior to their “deleted” messages at 3:32 (the maid is scheduled at 3:30) i did not even cover everything in detail above, if you see the messages attached you will see how they didn’t understand i confirmed shirley then proceeded to tell me she was sick? awful and frustrating.

usually i dont leave reviews but this time I decided to do it because I have used this company for more than a year for the cleaning services I was not completely satisfied but I paid and I didn't complain, but the last visit was disaster, I'll post some pictures( take it exacly after they finish) so you can understand what I'm talking about, and what's more, MY VACUUM CLEANER WHICH I HAD JUST 3 months ago WAS DESTROYED.and they take it back to fix it but actually they ask me for the recipt and they go to the store from where i buy it as was in waranty witdout even ask me if they can do that . then they call me to tell me they will bring me a vacum until mine it s fix whici they never did. SO I PAY I CLEAN AFTER THEM AND ALSO I STAY WITHOUT MY VACCUM .IN TOP OF THIS I REQUEST FOR THE CEO OF THIS COMPANY TO CALL ME. TO EXPLAIN HIM PERSONALLY HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IT S WHAT HAPPEND BUT UNTIL NOW I STILL WAIT HIS PHONE CALL.
