I had an amazing experience with Star Movers! Pat, Rello, and Trell were absolutely incredible, punctual, friendly. They truly cared about everything they were moving. They took the time to make sure all my items were safe and arrived in perfect condition. I’ll definitely be using them again and will highly recommend Star Movers to anyone looking for a reliable, professional moving team!

We hired STAR movers for packing services and moving. They sent a representative beforehand to look at our place and make a more accurate quote. They recommended a 2-day job for a 2.5 room townhouse, with the first day for packing and the second day for moving. On Day 1, the team arrived an hour late and unprepared. They did not have boxes despite those being included in the quote. Apparently, they were not told that this was a pack and move job. Once they started, they made very slow progress. Despite calling in an extra person to help speed things up, they didn’t even get halfway done after 7 hours on Day 1 (they estimated 3-4 hours to pack). To make up for the remaining packing, they promised to arrive earlier on Day 2. They ended up arriving even later. They finally “finished” with packing around 6:30 pm on Day 2 (several carloads of stuff remained). Everything was moved and out of the truck around 10pm. When shopping around, we chose STAR movers because they had good reviews, and after visiting our place they were confident in their quote and estimate. It was wildly wrong. I understand there is uncertainty in this business but if you send a representative to look at a place and tell a customer you can do a job in a few hours with a team of 3, there’s no excuse for a team of 4 to take more than double that time to finish. Despite promising a “stress-free move,” STAR movers caused enough stress that we wished we had just moved ourselves. I would not hire this company again. I’m leaving two stars because our stuff got moved, and because they honored the original quoted price despite all of the delays and headaches.

They movers were professional, polite, and helpful. They helped us move everything and they even wrapped up items for us to prevent damage. This was done in a timely manner and they even got out a bit earlier than usual because of the hard work. I recommend STAR Movers because they care about our items and they have respect of time and are truly patient. We were on the third floor and they never complained!!!
