Room was fine, area a bit sketchy. Gentleman at front desk was helpful but didn't speak English, resolved issues quickly though. Back parking lot looked like homeless staying there. Clean up the grounds. But they were repainting and fixing up. Great lighting in the hallway.

Great location, but there were cigarette holes in the bed clothes, a cracked microwave, no room service (towels, soaps, etc..), and when we came back the second day (that I paid for with the booking), we could not get in the room and was not even sure our stuff would be in there! After dealing with a long, stressful family ordeal, that was the last thing I needed. Also, the entire place smells like weed. We don't smoke weed at all. Asked for a non smoking room and have cigarettes burns in the bed clothes. Rated 2 for location, but would not go much further

This place is a dump. The room had a roach infestation and the sheets was dirty with red stains all over it. Had a pizza that I left on the table for 5 minutes and came back there was roaches in my pizza. The front desk didn’t do anything about it but move me to another room. No reimbursement back for my dinner that was ruined from roaches all in the room. Plus it was a lady who was like stalking us. Everytime I opened my door she was right outside and would walk away as soon as I opened it and then would just stare like she knew that room wasn’t right! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

This place is a dump and the management is dishonest. We arrived at this location after midnight and requested a double (listed online at $58) for my husband, my son, and myself. Despite a near empty lot, I was told none were available and my only option would be a suite at $92. Due to the lateness and fatigue of all, I agreed to the suite at $85. We went around to the poorly lit back of the hotel and noted when we went in through unsecured doors there were people who appeared to be potentially homeless outside and in the hallways. They were smoking and the smell was overwhelming both in the hallway and in the nonsmoking room. When we opened the door a roach ran across the floor. Another roach was noted on the sink counter and another in the cabinet. The coffee pot was filthy. The pillow case on my son’s bed had dark stains. We quickly decided to leave and went back to the front desk. We told the manager we were leaving and he indicated he was refunding the room to my credit card. Three days late I was charged in full for the room. I tried calling and was told the manager was not available and would call me back. He never did. I contacted Motel 6 Customer support and despite having already done so, was told they couldn't help me and that I would have to go through the hotel directly. Subsequently I requested a dispute and refund through my credit card. Using my check-in information the responder fabricated false documents indicating a reservation with no cancellation (we did not have a reservation, we were walkins) and a fake checkout time on the next day. We weren't there for more than 30 minutes after checkin. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
