I was 110% satisfied from the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my vest! Nancy was an absolute sweetheart and took her time helping me figure out the placement of my patches when I honestly had no idea where I wanted anything to go. I loved that she had patches there for me to choose from too — it made the whole process so much easier. Both she and her husband were incredibly kind and welcoming. I walked in with just a few patches to sew on and left with my full vest all set and ready to go! I definitely spent more than I planned 😅 but it was 100% worth it. I had the pleasure of helping a friend by taking some school shirts to be embroidered, and encountered a wonderful lady whom I am guessing was the owner. She was very pleasant to deal with, and the price she gave for the shirts was very reasonable. Today I took my jacket in to have some embroidery removed, and have my name put on it. I was expecting to be quoted approximately $40 for all of the work, but she told me $20 for ALL, the removal, and name! That blew me away! I have seen a lot of her work, and it's excellent. So I know my jacket is going to look awesome! If you need quality work done at a great price, you definitely need to come here!
