My fiancé and I recently closed on a home in Muncie, Indiana. We worked with Bryce Conyers and It was the best first time home buying experience you could ask for. Not only is Bryce knowledgeable in every area of the business but also is beyond transparent on how everything works, explains the structure behind each step, and why it’s all happening the way it is. We never once felt uncomfortable in the process and felt our best interests were ALWAYS at the front of every decision! Overall, Bryce made this experience the best it possibly could’ve been and we want to send our appreciation to an awesome individual and company. Thank you again for making this next step the least stressful and most enjoyable it possibly could’ve been! We are super excited to start our next chapter in our new home!

These people should be avoided like the plague. They wasted 2 days of my holiday weekend by intentionally listing an auction property as a regular real estate sale listing. They even offered to show the house, failing to mention it was an auction. When alerted to their apparent 'mistake' they did not change the listing. We only discovered it was a phoney listing when my agent wasted 2-3 hours drawing up a formal offer and they sheepishly told her it was an auction. NOBODY can just buy the house at the listed price. I'm not going to waste any more of my time with these idiots but somebody should sue them for fraud. Bryce Conyers needs to crawl back under that rock and go back to selling used cars where ethics like his are expected and acceptable behaviour. If I was his broker, I'd fire him tomorrow.

We had a great experience with Bryce. He'd rather make you mad than tell you what you want to hear, which is exactly what you want in a real estate professional. He cuts straight through the bs. His honesty is refreshing and his experience is indispensable.
