I had a wonderful massage with Julian Friday—he was incredibly skilled, and the whole experience was calm, grounding, and exactly what I needed. I really appreciated the care he brought to the session. That said, I did want to share a small safety concern that might be helpful for others to know and for the business to address. After changing into my robe, I stepped into the waiting area, which was quite full and had many glasses and cups on the tables. As I moved toward the back to find a seat, I stepped on a small area rug that slipped under me. I lost my footing, bumped into a table, and nearly knocked over several glasses. Thankfully, I caught myself and avoided falling. There wasn’t a receptacle for used cups so I moved about 11 to a table out of the way. It wasn’t a big deal for me, but I could see this being risky for someone with mobility challenges. I’d love to bring my grandmother here in the future, but she uses a cane, and I’d be a bit nervous about that rug. Something like rug tape or a non-slip pad would go a long way in preventing accidents. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning—just wanted to share this in hopes it helps make the space even more welcoming and safe for everyone.

While my therapist did an incredible job, I was unfortunately not given a full 90 minute massage that I paid for. I arrived early (12:07pm) for my 12:15pm appointment. I was not taken back to the room until after my start time, despite being early. I had no problem that we started late as long as my 90 minutes would be honored. My massage started at 12:26pm and ended at 1:42pm. Sadly realizing that even if if we had started on time, I still would not have gotten my full 90 minutes. Highly encourage anyone visiting this establishment to time their start and end time to ensure you are not being cut short like I was.

Had an INCREDIBLE day at hiatus today as a birthday treat. Beth gave a killer massage got rid of all my knots like a champ, Chrystal gave me a bomb facial and was soo much fun to talk to, and Paula gave the most tranquil mani and pedi I've ever had! Literally fell asleep! I feel so rejuvenated from the whole experience. Props to everyone who works there for providing such a lovely service. Absolute heaven!!!

I almost don't want to write a good review about Jasmine so I can keep her a secret. She has the hands of a healer and her technical skills are abundantly apparent. I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients needs as I've had both amazing and terrible massage experiences in the past and hers definitely ranked among the best. Any business offering massage would be incredibly lucky to have her because those hands turned a first time visitor like me into a member so fast it was silly.
