SarahSuch an amazing experience. We took our rabbit in on a Saturday. Our regular vet didn’t have an exotic vet in office today and after calling 5 other offices we found STAT. They were so kind and welcoming from the start. They were encouraging and supportive as we were nervous for our baby Faye and her head tilt. No judgement when we wanted to opt out/wait on an ear flushing and just try medication to start. They genuinely care about your pet and you (and your finances🤣).
Amy DullSunday evening visit to the STATVet urgent care with my 8mth puppy with distended belly hoping it wasn’t from a stuffed toy. Veronica the vet tech immediately greeted me at the door and got us into a room. Dr. Cackler went through her examination and plan to diagnose the problem. Both made me feel like I made the right decision to bring my baby in. I appreciate the time both spent with me and how wonderful they were with my Rosy Bloom. I really liked how both were friendly and explained everything. I have spent many hours and nights at other vet emergency facilities with another dog. It is comforting to find STATVet as an alternative for urgent care needs. I would highly recommend STATVet Animal Urgent Care for any fur parent.
Yeah OkTook my toy schnauzer in due to not feeling well for far to many days for my liking after being boarded. Dr. Hough and Veronica took great care of my pup and ran all the tests. He came back with a clean bill of health just possibly stress related or got some treats he shouldn’t have eaten. After his fluids he is in much better spirits. Not fully himself yet but 10x better. Thanks everyone at the STATVet Urgent Care. The place is extremely clean as well. 100% recommend. Pics of my precious boy after his visit.
