This was our 1st time at this location. We drove to the shop for them to quickly diagnose (20 minutes) that we needed a new TC inverter. They ordered the part for us and we paid for it. They called us 1 week later when the part came in. We made an appointment. We drove to the shop and it took 35 minutes to do the job. Michael was very professional and did a great job. The only reason I am giving only 4 stars is that I feel they totally gouged us. The job itself barely took 1 hour to diagnose and repair yet they charged us $175.00 (1 hr labor cost) on the 1st visit plus the part cost. Then when we returned, they charged us another $175.00 (1 hr labor cost) and an additional $37.00 for freight cost. I feel it would have been better business practice to waive the 1st hour labor fee since we ordered and paid for the part and we were coming back to have it installed. We have been traveling in RVs for 23 years and this is the 1st time, at a shop or a Mobile RV that this happened.

Knowledgeable and honest with fair pricing. From my first phone call, Dezirae helped me with information needed for service and scheduling. Jose’ and his team were amazing in getting my Mom’s RV generator back up and running after sitting too long this year. We also had the roof cleaned/sealed, and systems/appliances checked and serviced. Stay RV’ing has a new customer for life. Highly recommend!

Top notch, knowledge based company! These guys tried to remedy the problem before coming out, however, once arrived, Michael went right to work and found the issue almost immediately. I have a brand new 2025 18RD Sunlight, which I could have driven 2 hours, paid for overnight space and probably would’ve had to wait a month to get it in for service. The AC would not come on, he found improper wiring and I had AC within the hour. I called early in the morning and they came out before noon! Awesome service, great work, and I will use this company in the future for my RV needs, no doubt!
