Andrew and Shane are top tier for me. When my transmission went in my escape. They were on top of it and had it fixed within days. They helped me figure out payment plans so I could get the eacape back on the road. When i finally totalled it. They walked me through getting it towed and taken away. Most recently I bought a 2014 journey and they have helped me take care of it and have everything I needed replaced and fixed. I highly recommend this location. Andrew is brutally honest and thats exactly what I was looking for cause I have almost no clue about cars. Shane has great energy and makes sure I'm in and out of the shop within an hour. Both these guys make the best experience possible.

My check engine light came on and my regular mechanic said they couldn't see me for 3 weeks. My mother-in-law referred me to VIP AutoPro. They got me in promptly and the diagnosis was that I needed a couple of parts replaced that I already had replaced less than a year ago at my regular mechanic. Shane was super helpful and reminded me that I should have those parts under warranty still and suggested I call my mechanic. I did in fact have the parts unded warranty, but they wouldn't be able to help for weeks and my car wouldn't be safe to drive for that long without the parts I needed. Shane talked to his boss, Andrew, and they went above and beyond, pulled some strings and got the parts honoured for me, even though they didn't have to. My vehicle has had a few more issues with it since and I have called them and they get me in within a few days or less every time. Very reliable and very helpful! Thanks again, guys!

Weak experience, minimal explanation. Said they grouped things together for my benefit but a lack of detail other than “bunch of little things” To follow up they suggested $1500 in repairs. When I knew it was likely ripping me off I went to a Speedy and they total repairs were under $100 needed for light bulbs and installation. Also, if a hood opens it’s not “seized” as they wanted me to believe and charge to add lubricant. Like it opened. Shane’s response was if there is a fire then need to open it quickly. An absolute joke embarrassment. Finally their price for safety ($259) is $100 more than other places. Even with their overpriced safety I was under $500 with the other places. Hope they enjoy the $260 but also people read this and save the a lot more than $260. I’m happy to take the hit to save others.

Just called in to ask for Engine Oil change, the guy said I could come right now. I had my own engine oil from Costco (cost me half the rate so why not). When I told him this, he was like “idk why you guys would do that, we put the best engine oil (Castrol, Mobil). Itll cut my profits. Nevermind bye”, hangs up. I mean just say “No”. You dont have to be a jerk about it. Never going here.
