Sahand was brought on for our Salon build as the first Contractor trades prices were blowing our build budget out of the water. Not only did Sahand provide great trades people at more competitive prices, he was also reponsive and followed through with any outstanding issues or items. He jumped in personally to help with all things big and small. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and with his team. Highly recommend Steeplechase if you want an honest contractor to oversee your build or renovation.

I hired Sahand to turn my basement into a 2 bedroom basement apartment I could rent out and he did a fantastic job that left me speechless. He made sure to create a floorplan that was functional for our tenants, and keep some storage space for us as well. The entire process went by so smooth and effortlessly. Sahand and his team were present at our house on time everyday as promised and he made sure to notify us of the progress and if it was time for us to choose our finishes. Everything was done with high quality materials and the quality of the work was as if I purchased a brand new home from a builder. The work was done super clean, with attention to detail, and I not ONCE was told we were over budget. Thank you Sahand for making this a stress-free project for us! 5 stars all around!!
