Very disappointed on Ian’s auto garage, I phoned for a check up on my van on front suspension and told come back in 2 weeks, day come to check van and left it with him and said needs new bushes and that. Charged me £96 for checking van and said I’ll ring you for quote next day but never happened so I called them and Ian said I’ll get on with quote today or next day, still nothing so 2 weeks gone by and no call so I called and still they not done quote, she said on desk I’ll chase it up but can’t get you in for job till next month so very disappointing with that garage took my money and fobbed me off. Terrible thing to do. I’ll never ever use Ian’s autos again. Worse garage iv been too.

Absolutely fantastic service! Very open and honest with pricing and what was required. Cheaper than the nain dealer and another local garage! Flexible with timings too. We are new to the area, so we were sceptical as he was recommended on the local group, but honestly, really pleasantly suprised! Turned up for a service with a baby, toddler and dog and Ian didn't bat an eyelid 🤣. Will definitely be using Ian's Autos again.
