We can say with 💯 percent certainty that Gabe and Matt did THE BEST job of handling the sale of our house in August, 2021. We’ve worked with many realtors, having bought and sold and moved 12 times over the past 20 years, and this is the only time that my husband and I have felt that there was real value for the money with regards to employing a realtor. They’re very knowledgeable and they make a great team, combining their skills with technology, design and marketing to create an effective plan for the sale. It’s not just a bunch of talk with them. It doesn’t hurt that Gabe and Matt are the nicest, most positive and upbeat people you could hope to meet and they clearly love their work.
