We built with Steiner in 2019 and moved into our home in August 2019. We had a great experience building with them and love our home. One of the things that drew us to them as a builder was that they are a family business. While we were making selection decisions, an employee invited us into their home to look at different options we could do. I never got around to completing this review, but I felt I should now because Steiner really backed up their word. A few months ago, we had water dripping into our hallway, and when we tracked it down, It was from a pipe on the second floor. We contacted our project manager, Ryan Zentz and warranty manager Tony Cairo. Even though we were several years outside of our one year building warranty, they rerouted the pipe and repaired all of the damage because they did not like the way the plumber had done the installation. I know people that had difficulty getting their builders to ensure work during the first year they lived in their home, let alone four years later. Stainer homes builds beautiful homes and they stand behind their work. We could not be happier with the decision we made to build with them in the first place. If you are on the fence of who to build with, look no further, these are the people you want to build the home your family lives in.

The use of high quality materials and workmanship convinced us to choose Steiner Homes. Every person we dealt with was friendly and professional. Erik and Tony took great care of us. We love our new home.
