This agency owed me refund since Jan 2025 of $2.2k for a transfer maid replacement. Please note that the office at bukit timah shopping centre has ceased operation. They have vacate the premise this week. It's under renovation and being taken over by another maid agency! I have applied to the court to sue this agency.

PLEASE DON’T LET STELLA BE YOUR MAID AGENCY!!!!!!! I’m not the first person who said it. I had a very terrible experience with them. The maid from Stella only had one month good performance, after she finished her loan, she’s terrible and told me she want go back to her home and push us let her go. After we ask the refund of agency fee, Lina didn’t answer my call and both Lina and Ann didn’t reply any messages we sent. I called MOM today and they said EA must refund agency fee within 14 working days. We will wait until March 18 and if we didn’t receive the refund, we will file a complaint to MOM and sue in the State Court. Sharing my bad experience with you, hope can help some of employers.

I would not recommend this agency because of their poor after sales services and high replacement rate of helpers. My friend and I found a helper through this agency and for some reasons, the helpers are not as good or honest as we have reviewed or interviewed. We did an exchange and paid extra due to the existing helper's loan, after receiving the new helper, we were supposed to receive our refund which is more than SGD 1K. This was processed since July 2024 till now (Dec 2024), no sound, no updates from agency on the refund. I'm sharing my review of this agency so that future employer(s)/customer(s) are aware of the poor after sales services. Engage them at your own risk.

Returned maid as maid requested to be returned to the agency 4 months ago and despite repeated attempts they have not made any effort towards refunding the outstanding loan agency fee. Just look at their MOM averages and it proves that their service is very poor and have a large number of maids being returned and transfer. Comments and reviews may not be accurate but the statistics from MoM do not lie. Please see the MoM review page, this agency has 7 demerit points. For those owed money come together to either get a debt collector to collect the debts and also report this agent to MOM
