Stephanie is absolutely incredible. She made planning my wedding a breeze and as stress free as possible (which is saying something.) She is knowledgable with a ton of tips and one of the kindness people I have had a pleasure to work with. Stephanie is THE wedding planner that you NEED. Having her in our corner was the difference that elevated our wedding from being great to THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES. She is knowledgable, detail-oriented, and has close working relationships with all the local vendors that translates into clear communication with straightforward outcomes. She knew the layout and quirks of our venue and was able to effectively communicate all necessary info to our caterer, our band, our photographer, florist, and all the other vendors. If there was a problem that happened on our wedding day, we never found out about it. Stephanie was the magic godmother we didn't know we needed. We even had a last minute change in headcount due to a RSVP miscommunication that she was able to magically smooth over with the caterer the night before the wedding. Omg there is not enough room here to explain just how wonderful Stephanie is! We hired her as our month of coordinator, but as soon we signed she sat in on all meetings we had with our vendors/event venue even though we were still months out. Every recommendation she gave in terms of vendors was absolutely amazing. We had several issues with our event venue (which we booked prior to hiring Stephanie), as they scheduled a second large wedding just next to ours at the same time with only one event coordinator, therefore Stephanie was basically doing 2 jobs. I tend to be a bit of a pushover, but Stephanie made sure our vision was realized during every discussion with vendors and the venue. Leading up to the wedding we met several times to go over every single detail, most of which my husband and I would not have thought of ourselves. She was extremely organized and continuously updated the timeline as we went along. She also caught issues with the contract from the venue when they had not updated details after our discussions. On wedding day, Stephanie helped us to get everything ready. She brought down all of our self provided materials from our hotel room and made sure everything was set up exactly as we had discussed. During the ceremony, cocktail hour, and receptions she made sure the entire wedding party was prepared and knew where to be and when. She helped the DJ with timing of introductions, dances, and speeches. She even gave us advice on how to be efficient in seeing all of guests during dinner so that we could enjoy dancing. My bridal party and parents have all reached out to tell me how great Stephanie was throughout wedding day. I cannot sing her praise enough! If you are looking for someone detail-oriented, experienced, and available when needed, look no further!!!
