Great shopping experience at No Frills! Big store with a wide variety of items, good prices, and everything well stocked. Loved the diversity of products — all good!

The shop itself is nice and cozy. Nice vibe and environment. Most younger cashiers need to be retraining. I’ve been charged with the wrong amount several times. Cashier denied and argued with customers, very rude and less courtesy. Never smile and always show a cold shoulder since then. It only happens at those younger girls though.

This supermarket, when fully stocked and all cashiers are available is the best value for your money. The quality of their produce and meats has improved significantly. I’m sure your sales have been increasing, as it’s evident that you have increased your focus on good customer service and fresh perishable products. A happy customer will impact your bottom line. Just keep your products replenished always.
