Steve arrived on time and was very professional from start to finish. He carried out a full service of my gas boiler, explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Very tidy, knowledgeable and reliable. We contacted Steve the week of Christmas looking for some advice with regards to our boiler leaking. He was so helpful from the first phone call. It all started with him dropping around some washers but it turned out a lot more was needed to fix the boiler unfortunately. Nevertheless, we now have a new boiler, new radiators resulting in a lovely warm home. Steve is an honest, genuine, trustworthy professional person, who made us feel at ease in our own home. His attention to detail and work ethic is excellent as you can see from the photo.
