We contacted Steve the week of Christmas looking for some advice with regards to our boiler leaking. He was so helpful from the first phone call. It all started with him dropping around some washers but it turned out a lot more was needed to fix the boiler unfortunately. Nevertheless, we now have a new boiler, new radiators resulting in a lovely warm home. Steve is an honest, genuine, trustworthy professional person, who made us feel at ease in our own home. His attention to detail and work ethic is excellent as you can see from the photo. He was very accommodating because through no fault of his, there was a delay at the stockist of one of the items he was going to fit. When the item arrived Steve re scheduled any previous plans he had to come and finish the job. He is friendly, professional and a clean and tidy worker.
