He is intelligent, friendly, thoughtful, and clearly tries to help his clients find the right home -- instead of urging them to settle for something that's not right or too expensive. We were new to Hamilton, and he gave us a lay of the land, pointed us to neighbourhoods that would suit us best, and was always available to chat by phone and email -- which was great since we were nervous first time home buyers and lived pretty far away making seeing houses difficult.
