I've had my F355 since 1997 and used Shiltech since 1999 following unsatisfactory service from the main dealer. Shiltech have always provided a great service. I'd almost let the car go in 1999 because the dealership were charging so much money but doing such a poor job on the car that I could see it would not be financially possible for me to keep the car long term if that continued. The Ferrari Club recommended Shiltech and what stands out to me as a result of having used Shiltech for 25 years is that I have total confidence that, whatever fault arises on my car, Shiltech will be able to fix it. When there have been small nagging faults over the years Shiltech have always got to the bottom of the problem without the fixes being expensive. I've watched a number of F355 video reviews recently and they always mention the high cost of maintaining an F355 but this hasn't been my experience with Shiltech. My experience with Shiltech means I would put more weight on a service history from a good independent specialist than from a main dealer because they also fix the small things on the car, as well as doing what's on the service requirement list, because they have such good knowledge and experience that they've usually seen the issue before and can very quickly implement the fix. Shiltech's knowledge, professionalism and service has always far outweighed anything I've experienced from main dealers. Shiltech also now service my Maserati. I would recommend them to any Ferrari or Maserati owner.

I had my Quattroporte clutch replaced by Shiltech, having owned several Maserati's I can honestly say their level of service is exemplary. They even offered to deliver the car back to me (some 100 miles away). Geoff, Jane and Stuart thank you for your help and for the great job.
