We were referred to Steven by a good friend who said he went above and beyond during the process of selling her home so we decided to reach out to him when it was time to sell our own home and I am so glad we did! Steven far exceeded our expectations. He was always very quick to respond to any calls or text messages. He helped us with repairs around the house when it came time for staging! We had some unexpected damage done to our home just 2 days before closing due to hurricane Helene and Steven along with his partner immediately got a team of people to come over and do repairs before closing! Steven did an amazing job as our agent! The property that we were interested in was listed as 'Coming Soon' with a scheduled Open House on a Saturday and Sunday, with a decision on all offers to be made on Monday or sooner. We were not working with an agent at the time and Steven was highly recommended by a friend. Shortly after reaching out to Steven, he was able to arrange a private showing for us prior to the Open House. We absolutely loved the property; Steven and his team came up with an offer strategy that was accepted by the seller the same day, prior to the Open House. Other offers were also submitted prior to the Open House (with one offer a bit higher than ours) but the creativity of Steven and his team made our offer ‘stand out’ compared to all the other offers. Everything happened so fast and given the current housing supply in our market area, I know we wouldn’t have our new dream home without the diligence and speed that Steven and his team worked at.
