I left a good review A few months ago because I have made it a point to only leave a review if I have something positive to say. Unfortunately, this situation has gotten so bad that I can no longer do that. It has been five months of me, living at a community managed by this realty group. Within those five months, they have yet to give me access to my mailbox, which I needed to access my medical cards and my medicine. They gave me access to someone else’s home for over a week, leaving me without access to mine. Before moving in, I question them over the exposed wiring, the lack of smoke detectors As well as the cleanliness issues and the items left behind by the previous tenants. I was told all of those things would be taken care of prior to me moving in, they were not. As a property manager enlist the help of my personal vendors make sure that I could move into a home that was ready. To this very day, the belongings left behind by the previous residents are still stored where they left them. Upon moving in, the parking passes, we received were set to expire July 31st of this year. I notified our leasing manager at the time of move in that we needed 3 new parking passes. It is now August 1st and I have yet to receive those passes. Upon asking who would be financially responsible if my vehicle got towed, no one had an answer for that. Upon asking when I would be receiving a refund for the fees I was being charged that violate my lease agreement, no one had an answer for that. Shockingly enough, the best experience I’ve had in these five months is because of the maintenance man Johnny. Although it took over two months for the company to report my maintenance issues at the time of move in to the maintenance professional, when he received them, he completed them in a timely manner. I’m not sure if the grievances that I’ve had these last five months are due to the people working or the manager over them, but it has been a nightmare. If I even get a response to this I’m pretty sure it’s only going to be for me to reach out to give them to speak with the very people who have been giving me Issues and not a manager. But this is just so people can be informed of what may potentially happen.

We recently stayed at a VRBO managed by Stevens Realty. I don't like to complain but we have never stayed someplace so dirty and with so many problems. The grout and baseboards are all filthy and gross. The shower in the master bath stopped working; you can't pull down the knob to turn it on. The air vents were so filthy inside that we were afraid to use the heat or air, so we shut it off. The bed headboard in the master bedroom was hanging by a thread and fell off when my wife sat on the bed. We had to screw it back together and get an Allen wrench to fix it, leaving it better than we found it. The master bath door hinge was loose, making the door very hard to close. The other bathroom door doesn't latch properly; you can lock it but still push it open. The kitchen faucet handle fell off when we turned on the water but we stuck it back on. We saw a roach and droppings that we had to keep cleaning up. One morning, we found three wasps inside that we had to kill, despite not leaving doors or windows open. The carpet was dirty with stains in many places. The wood under the kitchen sink was sagging down and smelled horribly of mildew. The host didn't reply when we contacted them afterwards and obviously didn't care about our stay or concerns. The $180 cleaning fee clearly isn't being used to actually clean the place.

They made the touring and application process seamless. As a multifamily property manager in Nashville and the surrounding areas, I'm extremely impressed by their service and accessibility! We found our dream home in the best location. Shout out to Charm for her awesome and prompt customer service! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
