Mein erstes Stickprojekt und alle Materialien konnte ich direkt im Onlineshop besorgen. Habe jetzt Material für die nächste Weihnachtssocke bestellt und wie immer alles ohne Probleme. Bei Fragen erhält man sofort eine Antwort und es wird sich super um einen gekümmert. Freue mich schon wenn ich meinen neuen Stickrahmen ausprobieren kann. Ihr macht einen tollen Job. Ich komme gerne immer wieder.

Beim ersten Mal musste ich zweimal den Kundenservice anschreiben, um die fehlende Ware zu erhalten, beim zweiten Mal habe ich es nach der ersten Nachricht aufgegeben. Zwar wurde mir immer zeitnah geantwortet (deshalb der zweite Stern), aber die fehlende Ware der zweiten Bestellung habe ich immer noch nicht. Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.
