Zane DubashGreat little place in the heart of Al Quoz with decent parking spots. I had placed an order with them regarding my company staff uniforms. They were made from top notch quality and the staff communication was brilliant. Met with a lady there initially (forgetting her name), was extremely helpful and sat down with me in her office to explain the process, timeline and showed us the quality of the merchandise we were placing the order for. Just remember to give them a bit of time to get the apparel ready as they get pretty busy with School uniforms. Make sure to get a timeline from them before placing the order as it might not coincide with your timeline. They might be pricey than other companies but worth it as the products last for years without any issues.
Bad BouDuring busy periods as in September the store becomes super busy and with only one cashier the queue can become very long. Efforts need yo be done to expedite the checkout but also enable online shopping and home delivery. Quality of the products is so so with many defects and requests for exchange. The backpacks for example are over priced for a poor material and manufacturing quality: i would have purchased from 3rd party if not explicitly required by the school. Finally: the tiny parking had metallic polls that often are cause for scratched on cars trying to maneuver. A rubber quoting or cover should be applied to reduce the severity of the damages (see photo).
DesMy experience with Stitches was very frustrating. I received the wrong sizes in my online order, and two pairs of pants were missing. When I went to the store to fix the issue, the staff made me feel like I was trying to steal from them instead of just getting what I’d paid for. I had no choice to buy the missing items again since this is the only shop that carries the uniforms. The customer service was awful, and the attitude was insulting. If there were another option, I wouldn’t shop here.
