He’s always friendly, helpful, and makes sure you feel welcomed and taken care of. People like Alonso are the reason Publix has such a great reputation—he makes shopping here an even better experience. Publix is lucky to have him on the team!

I placed an online order for a whole Boar's Head Philly sub . The sub was supposed to include chopped and heated roast beef, cooked onions, green peppers, and mushrooms, all topped with provolone cheese. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened it, I was extremely disappointed. The roast beef was neither chopped nor heated, the mushrooms and peppers were raw, and there was no cheese at all. The entire sub was soggy and unappetizing. I’ve attached a photo for reference. I’ve been a loyal customer at this store for over 20 years, and this experience was far below the standard I’ve come to expect. I hope this can be addressed appropriately.

My closest publix and my favorite store they have a large selection of groceries and its always clean and well organized. Some people criticize deli but i have never had any issues except the waiting line to buy the publix sub sandwiches takes a very long time. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.
