We already had someone to look at our PC over a year ago he was not nearly as help full as Rob. We also visited a few other PC repair places who wanted the computer for a lengthy time and to do unnecessary tests and adjustments - which would have added to the bill. We found Rob who gave us a no nonsense black and white answer- no upselling just fixing the issue which he did in a few hours- he is now our go to guy! As a result we gave him 3 more computers from various stores to fix/upgrade if your looking for an honest guy who wont rip you off he is the man to see!
