Just picked up a cherry 2012 Toyota Tacoma, 1 owner with low miles. I was already in the process of purchasing a truck elsewhere but seen Fiesta’s advertisement. The truck looked too good to be true so I immediately drove over from LA and sure glad I did. The truck was exactly how it looked on the ad and the sales person was super chill. No pressure, didn’t breathe down my neck as I inspected everything and just gave me my space. I took it for a test drive and wanted her. I sat down with finance, which is never fun, and we negotiated a bit but nothing too crazy. Was pleasantly surprised to have such chill salespeople who weren’t your typical pressure cookers. The finance manager was also pretty chill and talked in brass tacks, which I like. No BS, just give me the #’s. Definitely recommend this place, it looks like they have some solid cars on their lot and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. My Tacoma is clean AF!!! I usually don’t even write reviews but this process made me happy.

My personal experience purchasing a used car is you're taking a gamble. But, as a car dealership I would inspect the vehicles important components before I put a sale sign on it. First of all, their nice and bubbly when you're looking to purchase a car from them but once you make a purchase and now the next day you notice there is an issue and you call them about it, their whole vibe is different and dry. Test driving a used vehicle for a couple of minutes or a few miles does not tell the full story of a used vehicle. You have to drive a car at least a days. Now, I'm having issues with this used car issue after issue. I took it back to them they claim the issue was resolved simply from an oil change. Was it? No.The issue is still there. I'd called to tell them the problem isn't resolved. Now, I get attitude. The manager uses different names Oscar, Mike who knows? The receptionist Vanessa is his messenger he uses her to tell the customer anything just to get them off the phone. They haven't offered an resolution to address the issue to ensure customer satisfaction has been met. Instead they deflect or blame your issue on someone else. I know purchasing a pre owned vehicle there is going to be wear and tear on the interior and the exterior but when you have issues under the hood like from the engine noise you get concerned. Now, I wonder if my purchase was a bad decision. The experience was just ok in the beginning, up until I said something was wrong with the vehicle. Now, that bubbly customer service is gone out the window and isn't so bubbly anymore. Now, I need to find a mechanic to fix these issues on a car I've only had a month. Hopefully it's nothing serious. Now, I'm not happy with my purchase. My car sounds raggedy when. I'm not feeling that. This could have been resolved by the dealer. It's just sales for them, not customer satisfaction. They show their true colors once you sign them docs. Pay attention!! Choose wisely you don't want to end up spending more money in repairs. Hopefully, no one has to experience what I have.
