So I had two massage appointments—one in August and one today—that both got cancelled last-minute because the masseuse wasn’t available. Unfortunate, yeah, but hey, that’s life sometimes. Thankfully, today totally made up for it. Brook was amazing. Even though there weren’t any open slots, she somehow worked things out with Alicia McIntosh and got me in for a 2:15pm appointment. Super professional, super kind—she really went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Alicia was fantastic—easy to talk to, super attentive, and genuinely fun. Her sense of humor made the session feel light and relaxed; at one point I couldn’t stop laughing, and her laugh was so contagious it just kept going. It felt more like hanging out with a friend who happens to be amazing at massage. Big thanks to Brook and Alicia for turning a rough start into a great day. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Dr. Annessa is amazing, she saved my back during my pregnancy. Shes taking amazing care of my family. She is really the best. Cant thank her enough! She is the best. I also loved the amazing receptionists. They are very friendly and accommodating.

There was a bit of wait but everything turned out well. It was my first time having a consultation with a Chiropractor and always hesitant to have one but Dr. Shastidy made me so comfortable on my first visit. She explained everything thoroughly and I think she did a great job. We did some exercise and she checked my lower back meticulously. I will be coming back for sure for my next visit. Also, the receptionist are kind and welcoming. Thank you!
