I’ve had a great experience at Willow West Dental! The staff is always warm, professional, and welcoming, and the office is clean and modern with timely appointments. A special shoutout to my hygienist Jasleen, she’s absolutely amazing! She’s gentle, very thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She made me feel comfortable and cared for. Her friendly and professional approach made my visit comfortable. I highly recommend Willow West Dental to anyone looking for quality, compassionate dental care.

I have been a patient/client/customer for 15 (or so) years. I first came to Willow West Dental with a trauma to my front tooth (drunken teenage things). Anyway, for 15 years this tooth has chipped repeatedly and I continued attending to have it refilled, because truthfully, being a single mom of two kids, working full time, I have never really been able to afford the $2,777 that it was estimated for a new crown and a root canal retreat and post that is necessary. Recently, I've become so self conscious of this tooth and I work a very professional job. I now have great benefits that estimated my insurance to cover $2,391 of that $2,777! Well, the day before the appointment i had booked off of work to attend, I got an awful gut feeling because I knew if I needed to pay any kind of money at the appointment (which by the way was booked for 2 days before rent) I would not be able to pay. Professional job? Yes. Am I still under $40k a year, yes. So I called to confirm, and sure enough, I did indeed need to put a $600 deposit down- which would have been reimbursed by my insurance, and I simply did not have it. The lady I spoke to put me on hold 3x to confirm with Raynah for my concerns in regard to not having $600 upfront but really wanting to attend the appointment to get things going and because I'd discarded a days pay to be able to. With 0 regard I was returned with a simple "we will need to cancel your appointment". It's such a shame because the office ladies are lovely, I was always greeted politely. It just goes to show that loyalty goes no where with places like these, no matter how long a place has seen you struggle with an ongoing dental issue, and really not caring to try and work with you. I think in this day and age, we should be kinder and more compassionate cause let's face it, how are you doing in this economy?

Only Dr. Fernandez can hum a tune perfectly in key while drilling a molar and placing a flawlessly fitting filling. Christina is a top-tier hygienist—gentle, thorough, and professional. The entire team is warm, welcoming, and kind, making every visit a genuinely pleasant experience. First-class care all around!
