The vet was very thorough, gentle, compassionate, and loved my 4 rat babies. He was very funny and imformative too. My rats enjoyed being held by him. My gecko however, was extremely angry, luckily he barely has any teeth. All snoots were booped. The staff is very friendly and they loved the rats and gecko too! All 4 rats are now chilling in their cage happily eating kale. My gecko is sulking in his 4ft long bioactive enclosure (he is not spoiled enough!)

I almost need to write a review for every pet I’ve crossed their doorstep with. 100% recommend the Stoneridge team. I honestly can’t say enough great things about everyone here. I met them with one the roughest rescue pups I’ve taken and they were so professional and patient and I credit them for getting him through everything from fearful and pain created aggression to now being the biggest cuddlemallow. My pup unfortunately never forgave associating the big guy who literally put him back together and pulled him through a bad surgical need and his recovery. But I’ll forever be grateful.that even in his most reactive moments these guys were extremely kind and patient with him. I don’t go often enough but this is my go to for my weird little wobble ball python for his checkups. He’s a hot mess of a snake but we’re still going strong and he’s at least nine now. I’ve taken my daughter with her rescue kitten for a second opinion after she was devastated to be told to put the kitty down and Dr Zack took one look at the kitten and knew exactly what was going on and fixed them right up. That was 5 years ago I think and that kitty is still healthy and happily running her house. Then there were the two rats I ended up with that went into the rat protection program since wobbly python can’t catch them. One girl was treated for cancer here and the surgery gave her a very long rat life. They were so gentle and kind when she finally needed to be let go. And as crazy as it is I brought my chicken to them. I had moved away onto a small farm and ended up with a hen that was attacked twice by the same rooster. Ending up with a serious brain injury and blind. She ended up with her own play yard, an indoor basket coop she spent much of her time in watching tv with us, and her own private safety roost so she could be with her flock. While I did my best with her after a while she began to decline and I’m too soft for farm life and needed her to be let go for her own wellbeing. Thirty minutes before we left for her appointment that mean old Roo pushed the door to her yard open and there was no way for her to recover even if I wasn’t planning on taking her in. As always, the office, Dr B, and even other patients gave such gentle compassion and kindness to say goodbye to a silly chicken. They aren’t just there to do the vet job, they take being veterinarians to a level other offices can’t match. They are by far the best veterinarians I’ve ever encountered and make sure to educate patients on the best care and choices for our pets. From scraggly sick kittens to a blind chicken, they’ve got you!

We found this place because apparently guinea pigs are "exotic." Who knew? But I am so glad that we did!! They have the best customer service, the drs are knowledgeable and friendly, and everyone is so down to earth! I love that they give you estimates before doing anything that might be too expensive and bonus points that they can see all the family pets in one place!

So I felt that the vet was a bit overly rough on my puppy, but it could have been that my puppy was scared. The sweet nurse came in after and was amazing. She was super good to my baby puppy. I love the place tho. They did a great job for him and got him situated.
