Love it here! I recently started attending fitness classes here and it is warm welcoming environment. The class sizes are small and intimate and perfect for getting instruction on form and posture. PerFit Pilates, PerFit Pilates Sculpt and Tone and Barre Pilates with Mellissa are wonderful classes. She is knowledgeable and kind and makes the classes comfortable for any one at any level in their fitness journey. Yin Yoga with Meg is also amazing, calming and relaxing, she is accommodating to all levels and her class was great and I’m looking forward to taking other classes with her. The PerFit Strengthening and conditioning classes with Dan are fun and energizing, the hour passed by so quickly because we were all having so much fun. The classes are inclusive and welcoming. Thank you everyone at StoneRMT for a great experience.

Melissa is very professional and knowledgable. Her treatment approach has been effective and quickly improved some long term, persistent issues that had eluded other practitioners. The treatment rooms are comfortable and well equipped. I strongly recommend Melissa.

Here was my first visit today and Jessica was very informative and felt like we were addressing some real problems. I forward to continuing treatment to see what improvements can be made. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
