I recently purchased a dining room table from Stoney Creek Furniture and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. When I first saw the table in-store, the price was different from what I found online — about $80 cheaper. The next day, the online price went back up, so I called the store to clarify. I spoke with Scott, who looked into it right away and confirmed that the price had indeed increased. I was still prepared to purchase the table because I loved it, but when I arrived at the store, Scott let me know that he was able to adjust the price and offer me the previous sale price. He went above and beyond with his customer service and was an incredible salesperson to deal with — professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I was satisfied. We found all the sales rep very helpful and personable. They took time with us but also left us alone to browse around not being pushy in any way. We come to Stoney Creek Furniture to find some nice lampshades because we always know we will find what we are looking for given the great selection and quality of the furniture. Low and behold we found some lamps that fit in so well with the decor of our TV room. Just what we were looking for. Overall it was a great experience!!

From the moment we walked in, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us. He took the time to understand our situation, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable with every step. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and it’s rare to find someone who gives that level of personalized service. After that, Manager Cheryl stepped in to assist as well, and she went even further to resolve our issue. She was incredibly supportive, understanding, and took immediate action to make sure everything was handled properly. Cheryl showed exceptional leadership and made us feel valued as customers. Her willingness to help and her calm, respectful approach made a huge difference. Both Dean and Cheryl went above and beyond for us, and we are truly grateful for their extra effort. Because of their amazing service, I would highly recommend the Stoney Creek location to anyone.
