Thank you so much to the owner. She’s a very nice woman. I called and asked if she could resize my ring, which I needed on the same day. She told me she could do it and that it would only take an hour. She gave me a time, and I came earlier than expected because I told her I would come back and that the ring would be ready. It was a straightforward and pleasant experience. Honestly, she’s amazing. I hope to come back again.

I went to Nora’s jewellery feeling a little bit of stress and scared. Ot knowing what to expect. I wanted a custom ring made and to sell some gold. I was afraid of being taken advantage for selling my gold. once I got there, the owner made me feel 100% comfortable and at ease she was incredible. The price for having a custom ring was very fair and with all the gold I wanted to sell I was able to get a ring made for free plus extra money in my pocket. I left there feeling like 1 million bucks. Honestly I felt like it was too good to be true. I waited two weeks to get my ring made when I got there i was SO impressed with what they did beautiful job well done!!! But there was an error made with some of the gold I had sold it was fake so basically I owed them some money.. The money I owed I didn’t have in my bank account sadly.. So I felt very stressed that they would keep the ring or do something in exchange for me to pay them back, but that wasn’t the case the man that helped me out was a real gem! He saw the distress on my face and how I felt overwhelmed but instead of making me feel bad or doing any of those things. He told me everything was OK and to not stress about it. Just to enjoy my new ring. I wanted to cry but instead i gave him a big hug. I left there again feeling like 1 million bucks. If there’s anything I can say about this company is that they’re an honest company hard working people, great character really nice people. I cannot Express how they are good at what they do and so professional if you need to sell some gold this is the place to go!! Or need to have some custom jewellery or get stuff fixed. They are awesome and love what they do it shows. I give them a five star and even more. I give them praise and I just love my experience so much. I just wanna thank the people that work there from the bottom of my heart. Im very very very happy with the result and the customer service I’ve received thanks you!! What a great team

Best place to buy gold in Ottawa. The staff here are super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They truly care and want you to find something you’ll love. And if they don’t have it, they will make it for you very fast and with beautiful craftsmanship. The owners Eli and Noura very honest, and the prices are great.

I’ve been wanting to get a ring engraved for ages but kept running into issues with engravers not having the right tools or closing shop until I found Noura’s. I was already in their customer base when I generously received a text for a free engraving. The process was smooth from start to finish. For the drop off, the person who took my order was prompt and professional with incredible attention to detail. I went in around noon and was asked to come back the following day after 2pm for pickup. Come pick up day, I was delighted to receive a text message 2hrs ahead of my original pickup time, that my ring was ready. When I arrived and was shown the ring, I was incredibly happy with the result. Noura’s did a beautiful job and I’m so excited to give this gift. Thank you thank you thank you!!
