I used this storage facility while I was away on deployment and had a great experience. They provided a lock and key, and the place was always clean, well-ventilated, and secure with gated access with 24hrs access.I had zero issues the entire time. Definitely recommend for anyone needing a safe and reliable storage option.

I had some questions about upgrading our storage unit and tried the website chat — didn’t get far, but within five minutes, the manager gave me a call and walked me through everything, on a Saturday. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and made the whole process way easier than I expected. When my wife and I went up to check out the new unit, he took the time to talk to both of us — which she appreciated since that’s not always the case. He prorated the switch, gave us a full week to move over, and honestly just made the whole thing feel like it mattered to him. Solid customer service like that is getting rare and it really stood out.

Alan from the Tiny town location was incredible. Very friendly, super helpful, all around a phenomenal experience with him. Will recommend this storage facility to others for their great experience.
