I have elderly people in my house so I can’t go to the market easily. I thought this company would be great. My first time using them. I’m pissed about the deception. When they finally answered the phone the lady told me they only cater to Kingston. They advertise same day service and they include all these parishes. I made an online order and they took my money and when I called the person on the phone wouldn’t let me talk to a business owner, supervisor, customer service person. She was just stubborn and didn’t listen to one word I said. They said I could get my food the next day and also they don’t deliver to my parish. But they took my money and advertise they go to my parish? Be honest with your customers about your delivery area. Now we will eat bread and tea.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Made order on Monday morning, someone contact me asking for ID and bank card. I sent the information and nobody contacted me for 4 days. I called back 4 days later only to be told they refunded my order yet the money is not showing as refunded in my account. No one contacted me to say the order would be refunded and why! Still waiting to see money back in my account Very unprofessional as well! They barely answer the phone.

Placed order 71417 and it is almost 3 hours and it is not delivered. They do not answer phone, leaving voicemail is not helpful, no response on WhatsApp. Extremely unprofessional and inefficient. I doubt if they even deliver and are a scam company!!! Will know soon
