I feel so grateful to be registered with Stow Health - the reception team are always helpful and friendly (definitely can’t be said for all GP receptionists at other surgeries in my experience), the GPs and nurses always respond as quickly as they can and take your concerns seriously. When I was pregnant the midwifery team were phenomenal. I can’t thank the professionals I encounter there enough for their service, time, effort and expertise. Such a relief to feel my family’s healthcare is in safe hands.

Sent me in loops trying to request my medication, they turned off my ability to reorder on the NHS app. Had to do an ask my GP and said I’ve run out days ago. They said I need to book a blood test to get my meds, which I was never even told about so I did. still couldn’t get meds, they said I need to confirm my weight, height, blood pressure etc all nothing to do with my meds at all, bare in mind I said I have no medication. They then said they’ll issue it this time but next time order on the nhs app!! YOURE the one who blocked me from using the APP! Ridiculous!!! What’s the IQ requirement to work in a GP now? It’s truly concerning.

The receptionists are lovely - especially Becky but the test of the place is a shambles. If youre healthy you’ll be fine but if you have complex needs dont bother! From doctors who don't bother reading your notes to district nurses who wont visit unless you’re practically dead - I've had terrible experiences.
