They showed up on time communicated clearly and took great care with the work and the property. Mike in particular was incredibly helpful. He took the time to answer questions explain the process and made sure everything was done right. The crew worked efficiently and left the area clean and tidy when the job was finished. They did a fabulous job on my roof. From start to finish they went above and beyond to ensure I was aware of what the process would be, answered any and all of my many questions, and delivered excellent quality work. My roof was in bad shape and the previous roofers had used the cheapest materials which had completely rotted out and needed to be replaced. I know that I now have a solid roof that will last me a very long time. The guys were very respectful and professional and they worked incredibly hard. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roof repair or replacement. The first 4 pictures are before and the last 4 are the beautiful after roof replacement.

Adrian was our estimator and walked us through the process. We had five contractors look at our roofing project. Adrian was the only evaluator who found structural damage in our attic. Had we put a new roof on without that repair, our new roof would have been severely compromised. Straight Line was far from the cheapest estimate, but the way Adrian evaluated for two hours and prepared a comprehensive plan, showing us pictures and telling us the how and why of things, made me very confident selecting Straight Line for our roof and gutter replacement. Adrian had an answer for every question and was responsive quickly via text. The fact that Straight Line is a Christian-owned company also made me even more confident about their integrity and honesty.
